JJC Company was founded by Joseph J. Corcoran in 2014 with a mission to build mixed-income housing across Massachusetts and beyond.
They manage and execute the development of multifamily housing from inception to long-term success. JJC takes pride in its capacity to work closely with residents, communities, and public entities to realize ambitious and innovative projects. Graffito ID was approached by JJC because of our shared values and knowledge of the real estate industry as well as our proven ability to communicate with stakeholders, from potential investors to future tenants.
Formerly known as Joseph J. Corcoran Company, the leadership asked us to explore alternative naming conventions. We were tasked with selecting a variation of “Joseph J. Corcoran Company” that would be easy to remember while preserving its strong reputation within the communities it serves. After deciding on “JJC Company,” the Graffito ID team proceeded with branding and an in-house website design. The new website successfully integrates the updated branding, creating a visually compelling user experience that highlights JJC Company’s extensive project portfolio.
