Project Description

Because Graffito has experience leasing retail space on behalf of landlords, GID is often asked to design marketing materials to showcase rental opportunities.

Oxford engaged us to design unique and visually engaging window signage that would catch the eye of potential tenants for their turnkey restaurant space (formerly Tico) located at 222 Berkeley Street in Boston’s Back Bay. While inspired by existing branding elements used by the larger 500 Boylston property, the final design features shapes, patterns, and key messaging meant to target restaurant tenants. The signage also allows these prospective lessees to look inside the space and see its potential.

In addition, Oxford tasked Graffito ID to create several videos showcasing attributes of life science properties to help their marketing team attract tenants. The videos included drone footage, still photography, and animations, all produced by the GID team.
