Craigie Burger is the latest culinary venture by Tony Maws (Craigie on Main), Nick Zappia (Blue Room, Belly Wine Bar, and Central Bottle), and Michael Leviton (Area Four and Lumiere) for Boston’s Time Out Market. Their quick-serve concept is bringing Tony’s award-winning burger, which is sold in limited supply at his restaurant, to the masses.
